Marco Petoletti

Marco Petoletti is full professor of Medieval Latin Literature at the Università Cattolica in Milan. He is the general editor of Italia Medioevale e Umanistica, Aevum, and Studi sul Boccaccio, and a member of the academic boards of Corpus Christianorum and the Edizione Nazionale delle Opere di Francesco Petrarca. His research interests include the transmission of the Classics in the Middle Ages, Latin literature of the 14th century (Dante, Petrarca, and Boccaccio), letter collections (12th-14th century), medieval Latin epigraphy, and Carolingian literature. He has published editions of Petrarca’s Postille del Virgilio Ambrosiano (2006), Rerum memorandarum libri (2014), and Dante’s Egloge (2016).
